Angela and I first met in Nanchang, JiangXi province in December 2004.
At that time, she was the in country facilitator for All God's Children International and was our agency representative to help with the adoption of our daughter, Cassie. Angela and I crossed paths again in June 2006 when she helped with our second adoption of our son, Jonathan.
Later that year we started e-mailing about helping families with translations of letters to send to their waiting children. Angela had resigned her position and wanted to stay involved with her passion...adoption and adoptive families. This is how Ladybugs 'N' Love began.
As you can see by this site, we have branched out into orphanage calls, care packages, and even guiding and touring. Angela has been blessed by the business she has been given and continues to enjoy her connection to adoption through this venture!
Angela receives all funds paid through this site, as this is my way of thanking her for her friendship and help through my adoptions. I brought Joseph home in November 2007 as a VERY sick little boy. Angela made weekly calls to the orphanage for me throughout the Fall to make sure Joey was doing ok. When I received him, he was in crisis due to his severe heart defect and she was a huge help to me in getting him home. ( a whilrwind trip of 6 days from "Gotcha" to US soil). She has also helped faciltate three more adoptions for me!
Angela is a wonderful person inside and out. She is a believer of Jesus Christ and I consider myself blessed to be her Christian sister. She is due to be married this February 2011!
